Too Much...
What is written in this book is way too much for any one human to grasp or fully respond to. As such, reading it can lead to overwhelm, despair or self judgment. Or just as dangerous: doing everything perfectly and having no space for the dance that is love.
How is it for you to have to decide what to read and what to discard? How is it not to do much of what is asked here? How is it to know that you cannot fully grasp much of what is written, let alone begin to respond to it?
This is not a symptom of your inadequacy as a being. It is a reality as a human within time that you cannot do it all. Embrace your limitations and let the journey be fun for you. You are going to hurt people and be hurt. You are going to continue to grow. The pain is real, as is what you can learn from it. You were never meant to be perfect.
You need help. Don’t try and do it all on your own. We all need help. And as the world of choices gets bigger, we need more and more help. We need guidance to distill among the growing flood of information that washes across our perception and threatens to tire us by depriving us of the space to wonder and dream. We need help to hold us as the load gets too heavy. We need touch to comfort us in our isolation.
Action: Seek help. Seek a partner who is safe to talk to. Seek inner guidance on what is right for you. Most of all: give your self permission to be free, as you are, smiling in your self accepted state of being enough as you are.
