This Book Will Trigger You...
Not only is the style of the writing in this book not for everyone, but neither is all of the content. This book has so many topics, sometimes presented in contradiction to each other in different chapters, that it is neither designed to be nor possible to be in flow with all of it all of the time. It is as if the globe of relationship is touched upon in different ways and from the perspectives I had lucid access to at the time.
That's part of the beauty of writing it over time. Each chapter gives a glimpse into a possible perspective of a certain region of relationship. That perspective is valuable in that it illuminates certain things in a way that you can see and consciously evaluate them, while totally ignoring others. For this reason, I suggest an intuitive relationship with the book. Don't try and make sense of it, rather notice what draws you and what does not. There is value in being triggered at times if you use the experience to counter with your own perspective, which can be crystallized in its opposition to what you read. Consider holding the space for the part of you that can hold both your truth and the truth you stand in opposition to... at the same time. For in this experience you transcend the separate self and glimpse the larger One of which all human experience is but a small part.
