Shaking things Up
Stagnation occurs when the urge to protect our hidden agendas is stronger than the urge to create what we want. Honesty is the best medicine.
Truth is reflected not only in what we say, but in our reality. What is your reality showing you? As you analyze your energy alone and within relationship, what trends can you see?
On a one to ten scale I invite you to rate the following questions based on how you are feeling right now:
•How clear are you about what you want?
•How much fear to you have about the future?
•What is your enthusiasm level for what you want?
•How much time do you spend actively pursuing your most important goal?
•Do you like who you are right now?
•How much rage do you feel?
•How sexual do you feel with your partner?
•How much love do you feel for your partner?
•How much love do you feel for your self?
•How powerful do you feel?
•How accepted do you feel by yourself?
•How accepted do you feel by your partner?
These questions and your answers can bring catalyzing awareness. They may also heighten your awareness of the pain you are in. Pain can motivate the necessary change if you are willing to feel it and say "no" to the situations that are allowing it to continue.
Action: After you have rated each bullet one to ten, make a written list of three things you can do immediately to move yourself in the direction you want to go and set those in motion now.
