I Don't Feel Seen

You may have the feeling: “Some of my friends don’t really know me. My family can’t see who I really am.” This experience happens when some of our persona’s are judged by those around us and we know they are not welcome. Regardless of how others see and judge us, we feel unseen when we hide pieces of our self out of our fear of being rejected. The secret selves we hide, however beautiful, may in time warp into something we feel shame about. This produces feelings of loneliness, even desperation.

When people resist seeing parts of us, they are not ready to accept that face of god in themselves, or in you. Respect them by accepting their limitation. Appreciate what they can see and accept of you and give them that. You can express the parts of you some cannot accept else where.

Action: Actively create a new domain in which more of your faces of divinity and self are welcome and seen.
